Analyst details Rams need future plan at 1 key position

The ' offense is locked and loaded ahead of the 2026 NFL season, and even with the uncertainty surrounding Puka Nacua, L.A. is still a formidable unit.  But we are only talking about this upcoming season, and as we know, teams plan ahead two or three years, and there is one position that L.A. has to think about long-term, and that's receiver.  With Matthew Stafford getting on in age, that position warrants consideration as well, because Stafford won't play forever.  But for NFL.com's Gennaro Filice, having a future plan at receiver should be the Rams' plan in the upcoming NFL Draft.  Davante Adams is heading into a contract season at age 33, while Puka Nacua recently entered rehab D.J. Fluker Jersey  with one year remaining on his rookie deal, . Even if you operate under the a sumption that the Rams ultimately will extend Nacua, this receiver room could use another playmaker for 2026 and beyond.  More:  Should Rams look at WR in the draft?  Holding the No. 13 overall pick, the Rams could get a nice weapon if they choose to go down that route, and there are options. Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon, and Omar Cooper Jr. are the three that the Rams could look at.  But the question is, will the Rams want to use such a high pick on a receiver? We've seen several mock drafts with the Rams taking an offensive lineman, so we aren't exactly sure if the franchise will add another weapon.  However, with Adams aging and Nacua's future, at least right now, a little murky, the Rams could be well served getting another weapon for Stafford, not just for this season, but for the years ahead as well.  More NFL news:  Tyler Barnes Jersey
